A day of jubilation and even a bit of discord. Today, being the long-awaited release day to the continuation of Bethesda’s episodic magnum opus, Fallout 3 with the ever-awaited expansion via DLC, “Broken Steel”. At least, that was the original intent. Yet, keeping true to Bethesda fashion by trial and error; news of Broken Steel being fucked beyond words should come as surprise to no one. To further ecerbate the already shoddy “Games for Windows” service, it so happens that GFW’s integrated DRM is to blame. Perhaps for once, Bethesda may be absolved from inherently dishing out even more buggy releases in pandemic numbers, yet will ultimately fall upon deaf ears when piracy ultimately delivers a far more functional, and free alternative in respite to the continuing vice so lovingly placed around the necks of those that, Heaven forbid, pay for a remotely functional release. By the time is all said and done; it’ll drive as too little, too late - for those already playing by the blessing of passion-driven volunteering with tons of spare time due to hobby, as opposed that have their time diminished due to pandering to deadlines. Makes it seem a bit dubious with the announced influx of Rogue Warrior and Wet. Maintaining a surplus in market share is a bitch, isn’t it?

Perhaps there will be something to be learned from this, but I highly doubt it. The sheer fact that GFW will likely never be phased out, is paramount to the myriad of failings that we are yet to be subject to.

In the offset of success, however, when the Hell did Trent Reznor get engaged? I can only envision that this will provide more fuel to the 244 GLE of Despair.

This day of confusion and dismay has completely eluded the concept that today is Cinco De Mayo; but because I am white, this has absolutely zero bearing upon me aside from drinking margaritas and eating Cojita’s. So in my desperate attempt to retain some form of relevance, I will gouge my already wounded and emotionally unstable inner child, to bring you another offering of where my childhood has been further raped, in a grueling double-penetration of Solid Snake and Lupin III.

On second thought, this isn’t rape. This is fantastic. Thanks, Internet!
